can find tenants who have moved on and are now living at a new address.
We are regularly instructed to repossess property on behalf of
landlords due to tenants being unable or not wanting to pay the agreed
rent. In these situations the recovery of rent owed typically begins
once the landlord has repossessed his or her property.
Rent Recovery Rates High With Employment or Guarantors
If the tenant has a job, assets, or is supported by a guarantor we have a good track record of recovering rent thanks to our established debt collection team that understands the value of continued effort over time.
Unfortunately, rent recovery is difficult if the debtor has no job, is in receipt of benefits, or has other debts. In these cases it may not be economic to recover monies owed.
Rent Recovery From Residential and Commercial Property Tenants
If a previous tenant has left your property owing you rent within the last 5 years, and you are confident that he or she has the ability to pay, we can help recover it.
We carry out all work on a fixed fee basis so you know what you will be paying from the outset. If you know where your ex-tenant is living (if not we can trace the new address) and have a copy of the signed tenancy agreement we can usually recover some or all of the money owed to you cost effectively.
