Landlord Legal Advice

We provide specialist landlord legal services. If you have a problem with a tenant we can offer you an in depth consultation on how to evict a tenant legally and rent recovery. Other landlord legal advice is offered at fixed fees.

Disputes between landlords and tenants can be very lengthy. However, with a qualified solicitor they do not need to be. To keep a dispute simple, it is essential to consider the type of person at the property, the history of the tenancy, and the legal issues before taking any action. We offer in depth landlord legal advice and a detailed action plan. Our plan will recommend a course of action, probable scenarios, timescales, and costs. This will allow you to understand the process and budget in the case that your tenant does not co-operate.

For us to properly assess your case we will need, (1) a copy of the most recent tenancy agreement, (2) a copy of any notices you or your agent may have served, (3) proof that a qualifying deposit is held in a scheme, (4) completion of our assessment form (available to download).

Please e-mail your information to natalie.allcock@bartlettslaw.co.uk or you can fax to 0151 227 5017. We will contact you within an hour of having received your information.
