| Eviction Order |
| We will obtain an eviction order against tenants that refuse to leave following a Section 21 Notice. This order will enable to you to repossess your property. We can use a valid notice served by yourself or another firm |

| We will obtain both eviction and money orders (CCJ) against your tenants. You will then be able to repossess your property and attempt to recover money owed to you. |

| Court Bailiffs & Rent Recovery |
