Landlord Services
Demand Letters & Notices
When Bartletts prepare notices we ensure that the landlord can recover
property and obtain an order for rent owed in any scenario. Even in
cases where there is no written agreement. Notices are important. No
eviction or debt claim can be brought without the appropriate notice.
Initial Notices
Tenants receive all necessary letters and legal notices to ensure you can repossess your property in any scenario. The notice will be prepared on letter headed paper and signed off by a partner of our firm.

Guarantor Notices
When there is a guarantor we have a very high success rate for
recovering rent owed and legal costs.

Demand For Rent
When there is rent owing and the landlord does not want to evict the tenant we will issue a final demand for rent. The letter will clearly refer to the relevant terms of the tenancy agreement and when rent has not been paid.
The demand will request payment by a specific date and detail the negative credit implications for the tenant if the rent is not paid.
